FAQ

Will my family be required to wear face masks during our stay?

  • You can read our current policies surrounding COVID-19 here.

  • We have planned this event in such a way that you will not have to interact with others from different households unless you choose to do so, thereby making masks unnecessary.

  • Face coverings and social distancing guidelines are welcome, especially while indoors, and shall be determined and enforced by your household.

Can I arrive early and/or depart late?

  • We are not able to allow early access/arrivals or extended access.

  • Check in and out times are provided in your registration materials.

  • You CAN book two nights (multiple sessions) for an extended stay at discounted rates.

Can I bring a pet?

Is there a fridge or microwave in the Dorm rooms?

  • No there are not any appliances in our dorm rooms.

  • (Don’t worry Mom & Dad – Coffee is available at no charge 24/7 in our Dining Hall)

I am staying in a Dorm Room, will another family be with us?

  • Your family will have a room with 5 bunk beds (10 beds) all to themselves.

  • Bathrooms are designated for Men and Women and may be shared by other families.

  • Linens, towels, toiletries are not provided.

Is WiFi available?

  • WiFi is available in our Dining Hall, Stone Private Rooms and Lodge.  The signal strength does not reach our dorm rooms.

Do we have to participate in all the activities?

  • No!  You don’t have to participate in any of them.  If you would rather spend your time hiking, resting, or playing on the basketball court – Go for it!  The activities are available as an option.

  • Some activities require certified staff and are only available at specific times. You’ll receive a schedule with booking information.

Are there any other fees?

  • Some options will incur additional fees. Please read your registration materials thoroughly!

  • Optional fees:  You have the option to upgrade lodging, add on meals, extra swim time, purchase a second craft option and the Camp Store will be open with a few snacks, drinks, T-shirts, hats, etc…

Can we bring in our own food?

  • You are welcome to bring snacks/drinks.  (Please keep in mind there is not a refrigerator in the dorm rooms)

  • Breakfast and Lunch add-on options are available and you are welcome to go into town at any time to grab food!

Can we bring our own bikes or recreation equipment?

  • Absolutely!  There are many great trails to ride your bike and lots of space to play your favorite games.

How, exactly, are you defining “family”?

  • For the purpose of reservations, "family" is defined as whomever you want to bring and be responsible for. :). We ask that you do limit a "family" reservation to 2 adults. (exception: HS and College Students.)

  • Our rates are based on an average “family” count of 2 adults (18+) and 2 minors (under 18).

  • We expect some families to have more than 2 minors and/or less than 2 adults.

  • We also expect some adults to be grandparents or legal guardians. As long as you (the adult) are legally allowed to travel with the minors you are bringing it’s all good with us!

  • If your group is attending with more than 2 adults they must register as a separate family. If your group would like to room with another group you can contact us and we’ll see what we can do!
