We’ve updated our Cancelation Policy for programmed camps in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please read our Emergency Response page for more information.

Until further notice:

• There will be a 25% cancellation fee for any cancellations later than 2 weeks before your camp.

• Refunds are not given to those who cancel after registration closes or to those who are no shows.

• If camp is cancelled by Disciples Crossing for health and safety reasons there will be no cancellation fees charged.
